I literally opened and closed the door of the room. Terrible place, tight, old and dirty. I had to book another place to stay, so my trip to Boston finally cost me more than the double. No refunds were done for this scam !

It was the WORST accommodation ever. Here are insanely crazy issues. 1. This video shows it is too dark to see anything in the room. I had to use my phone light for everything. 2. Other light on the bed does not work This room does not even meet basic accommodation 3. I had to switch my accommodation on the day since I couldn’t stay there because i literally couldn’t see anything there. 4.I requested refund and employee mentioned they will refund since they admitted function does not work on the phone. HOWEVER, they claim not to refund even though they agreed on the phone. I have my evidence for phone records, video. Their management, customer service is AWFUL. They will never help you, they will destroy you instead. If you choose this, you have to be ready to have issues you will have to deal with in the future. Hope this helps, I don’t want everyone to experience what I experienced.

Basic room. Did not like wall to wall carpeting. The room had an odd cleaning smell to it and was very musty. We opened all the windows upon arrival, which made things much better. A fine place to crash for a night.

The communication with the property people was very difficult. The equipment in the room (like the only lamp) was not working and the AC remote was broken. I was horrified to realize there were bedbugs too.

This studio was OK, but the bathroom was a disaster! The mosaic tile floor is falling apart, with loose tiles everywhere. The towel rack was broken, with clean towels lying on the floor when I first entered. There is no handle on the inside of the shower door. The baseboards are disintegrated and small pieces of wood are on the floor. Very disappointed.

Apartment was cold needed space hater to warm the apartment up. Very odd for the summer. The apartment above me leaked into the bathroom light when guest above me was taking a shower. The TV didn't work. Called the help number and no one got back to me. No TV for 2 days.

Very nice little room in a charming, walkable neighborhood. Conveniently close to the T and many restaurants in the area. Good communication on how the check in/out and use the electronic locks during my stay with no one on site.

Great location. Rooms are good - clean, comfy bed (I think mattress was relatively new - very nice!) Was worried it would be cramped but was more than adequate space! Nice kitchenette in my room. Shower was a B- (water pressure just ok). I would prefer darker shades (take eye covers if you need a dark place to sleep). I faced the street so it was a little loud. Overall I was really surprised and pleased (last minute booking).

Had to reach out day of visit to get the codes to get in the building and room. Room ok, well appointed, but needed separate codes for the building, my room and bathroom across the hall. Great location for my needs and quiet neighborhood. Room and building a bit worn, carpet coming up.

Room was small, but had all the amenities. It was quiet and comfortable. I would have liked a power strip so that i could plug in the light, the air conditioner, and charge my phone at the same time, but that's a minor issue.

Poor/lack of communication. Self checkin information came in late. Had to figure things out upon arrival on spot. If your phone or Internet is not working when you arrive or you arrive late, you may be out of luck. No one there to help you. WiFi did not work for 2 days of stay. Requested that old beat up pans be replaced but only got empty promises. Worst is: Bathroom is not in the room. it's across the hall. VERYYYYY AWKWARD. Got locked out of property while still in stay. Door Code did not work. If not for another guest, we would have spent the night out side , NO one was answering the 877 (helpless) number For the longer than standard checkout in/out window they request (11am-4pm) they should do much better.

The lighting in the room and heating in the room as not enough. I had work with my mobile torchlight on to work on the platform or to find stuff in my bag. Also, there was no heater or heating option in the room
