Clean and tidy
Good location
Single beds too small,ideal for families with children but we were a party of 4 adults
If I could change anything,1 of the twin rooms would be changed into a single with a correct size single bed

just drove up put the code in happy days. nice holiday park . a short walk doen to the beach and scarborough/ bridlington on the door step .whitby a little further on and there are others places that u can visit whilst u are here. so a very good spot for a break.
the holiday park very very expensive for drink and food that wasnt much good at all. just glad there was a pub across the road.

Lovely site, great for the children. Good pool and show bar. The caravan is in a lovely quiet part of the site. Plenty of space for the children to play outside the caravan. Lots of board games to play. Wi-Fi signal great. Very clean and good shower. TV in kids rooms went down very well. I was a little apprehensive as some of the reviews I read had been poor but I was very pleasantly surprised. I rang and spoke to the owner prior to our stay who was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
The TV in the main room picture isn't great. The beds could be more comfortable. We had to pay extra to use the pool and facilities.
