Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Pacos Haus und würden dieses uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Alles war makellos sauber und gut ausgestattet für die alltäglichen Dinge. Das Haus steht in einer sehr ruhigen größtenteils spanischen Nachbarschaft. Alle Terrassen boten wirklich einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und die Bucht. Vor dem Haus ist kaum was los...man konnte zu jeder Uhrzeit ins Meer hüpfen und die Ruhe genießen. Für den Zugang sind Wasserschuhe aber ratsam. Großes Lob für die hochwertigen japanischen Klimaanlagen. Bei 35°C Außentemperatur haben die mühelos funktioniert! Paco hat uns zusätzlich SUPs und ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung gestellt und war generell ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber mit einigen Geschenken! Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis bald!
Nur Kaffeefiltermaschine und eine Standard-Nespresso-Maschine vorhanden. Ist zwar bequem und gut erhältlich im Supermarkt, aber ich hätte mir einen richtigen Vollautomaten für ganze Bohnen gewünscht. Außerdem muss man etwas achtsam mit Lebensmitteln im Außenbereich sein, da Ameisen sich aus dem Garten hochkämpfen...für uns kein Problem, da Mutter Natur, aber vielleicht lässt sich da eine bessere Lösung finden ;)

Przepiękna lokalizacja apartamentu, tuż przy morzu i w cichej okolicy. Przesympatyczny właściciel, który przez cały pobyt dbał o to, żebyśmy czuli się jak w domu. Miejsce bardzo zadbane, czyste i z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Do tego udostępnione leżaki, ręczniki plażowe i dwa supy. Poranna kawa z takim widokiem to było coś pięknego.
Nie ma takiej rzeczy, to był super pobyt.

Für uns einfach perfekt! Ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca und Cap de Formentor. Die Altstadt von Alcudia ist nur 1,5km entfernt und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder & Co. Paco ist ein sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Gasteber. Er hat uns sogar mit typisch mallocinischen Spezialitäten verwöhnt :)

Paco is an excellent host who is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to enquiries. He brought pastries to us one morning and also drove us to the supermarket on arrival. The property is spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and in a gorgeous location. The view of the bay from the veranda is stunning, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The old town with lovely shops and restaurants is a 20 minute walk away. Thank you Paco for a fabulous stay we all loved it and hope to return one day.
