Room was a great size, very big

Great location, room was set up quite nicely and was very spacious.
The room was really noisy - could hear everything from room above and either side.

I could hear the people above me all night they were very loud and my room was shaking from them running around upstairs

Location is good. Neat and clean
Again,, despite staying here previously I was harassed with daily texts and emails to provide a copy of my photo ID. This is ridiculous given I had paid for the room in advance . Given current cyber security and hacking of individuals personal information is an ever present threat, this request is over the top. The response I got , when I raised this with the provider seemed sarcastic. K
