Voyage is great

Staff are very kind and accommodating. The rooms are exceptional - spacious, clean, bright, with a terrific view. It's a great quiet part of the island to rest and go slow.

Would have loved cushions on the outdoor wooden chairs, a more welcoming seaside area (sand instead of dry grass, easier access to the water, cushions, less fluorescent lighting at night). Menu a bit limited, I enjoyed the simple Vietnamese food the most. I think with these improvements Voyage Phu Quoc would be even more terrific.

¡Una gran perdida de tiempo muy costosa y super decepcionante!

Un lugar precioso! Habitación limpia, grande y con excelentes vistas al mar. El perfecto inglés de la encargada. Netflix abierto.

Totalmente abandonado 😢 Los jardines no están limpios ni cuidados. La piscina está sucia con "moho" en sus paredes y escaleras. Las casitas del embarcadero están sin terminar, sucias y con algún animal muerto...una pena ya que las vistas son excepcionales y hubiera sido precioso disfrutarlas. La playa NO es apta para el baño, mucha basura y agua retenida. Me sentí muy frustrada ya que había preguntado al reservar sobre si era posible nadar y la chica no dijo nada sobre la basura y suciedad del agua. El desayuno es servido en un plato pequeñito , seco y con muy mal aspecto (Normal que sea gratis ya que nadie pagaría por eso) Las bebidas se pagan exceptuando el café y el agua de tu habitación. El colchón es blando pero incómodo clavándose en tu cuerpo los muelles. El lugar está muy alejado de todo y si no tienes moto, los taxis te saldrán carísimos!!! Pensaba quedarme 10 días y tan solo pasé una noche. Y repito para que no te pase y no pierdas el tiempo como yo: No Grab ,solo opción muy cara del taxi del hotel. La chica te dice que esperes pero ella sabe que nunca vendrá y no tendrás otra opción que reservar su taxi. ¡Una gran perdida de tiempo muy costosa y super decepcionante!

Toller Inselaufenthalt

Das Grundsetting der Gesamtanlage ist gut gemacht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es wird ein Fahrservice für Ausflüge auf der Insel angeboten und man kann günstig Motorroller mieten. Außerdem kümmert sich das Personal sehr gut um Reiseangebote und -buchungen wenn man weiterreisen möchte.

Frühstücksangebot an einigen Tagen nur mit Nudel bzw. Reisgerichten. Pflege der Anlage kann intensiviert werden. Lager schon sehr weit abgelegen.

VOYAGE PHU QUOC RESORT

The deluxe family room is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. They gave us a beach view room and it was so beautiful to look at especially during sunrise and sunset. There is famous bar next to the hotel name Rory and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is easy to find, a quiet place. The room size is bigger than I expected. The food was good with reasonable price, and the service was exceptional.

Unforgetable experience !

I came to Phu Quoc for its true beauty so I chose this side of the Island and it did not let me down. The sea was so calm, birds sang all day long. Unforgetable experience !

Nice view and lovely complex

From hotel area you have a beautiful view to the sea. The whole complex looks very lovely and nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful (although there english was not good). Room was really big and confortable.

Just two small minus points. 1. The bathroom could be cleaner. Shower tub created a mess in whole bathroom. 2. Breakfast is included(choose one of three meals the day before) but there are no beverages included. In room you have 2 coffe and two bottles water, but during breakfast you have to pay for water, coffe and tea. Also portions are kind of small for european stomach. As I said just small points which not disturbed our great stay at voyage but wanted to give as feedback.

Beautiful., too far from everything, no beach.

Enjoyed the swimming pool. Staff was great and helpful. We were the only people at the resort so we had the whole place to ourselves. View from the room was super! Very quiet.

Poor location $16.00 USD (at least 20 minutes) taxi ride to resturants, etc. Too far from everything. No beach bar, no spa and no beach. Some of these were still under construction. On-site resturant only open for breakfast.

Exceptional

Great garden, luxurious room with amazing view, nice personnel. Good swimming pool, nice hammock on the small island. Clean and quiet, good for rest after sight-seeing around Vietnam. Good wi-fi.

Great Voyage

The hotel staff is lovely! They agree to every request and do everything with a big smile. Throughout my stay at the hotel, they took care of my well-being. The motorcycle I rented from the place was old, so it turned off during the ride. Not only they came to pick me up very quickly and took care of me, the hotel owner demanded that I wont pay. A beautiful view with access to the sea. Beautiful garden and comfortable rooms.

The hotel provides airport pick-up service. Motorbikes are available to rent. I enjoyed the free use of the Kayak. The included breakfast was so good, I could choose it myself every day. The staff is always welcoming, the room is very clean. Nearby is the famous bar of Phu Quoc: Rory. There are a lot of fresh seafood restaurants around the hotel and they let the staff take us for free.

It is a bit far from the city center, but so it is very quiet and I can fully enjoy the freshness from nature.

the staff was amazing! we loved the garden and the dumplings for breakfast. the room is top 🔝 comfort and very clean with amazing view

no beach to go to and not so much around. we preferred to stay on the other side of the island
