The beachfront location is good however the beach is not good for swimming
The property is close to vinworld and grand world
The property is spacious with great breakfast options and two good size swimming pools
The property is a distance from the airport and sun world
The property also is showing signs of aging and is in need of maintenance and repairs

Garden villa is big and bed very comfy. Breakfast was enjoyable.
Hotel need some renovations, lots of mosaics titles missed in main pool area. The garden villa should be better cleaned, the areas like windows outside and inside, wood ornaments were very dusty. Would be nice to have a better garden around the villa so can sit there with coffee.

The value for money was exceptional! Great location, quiet yet close enough (by inexpensive taxis) to all tourist attractions. The swim up bar was terrific and very well priced.
The property buildings are showing signs of age and lack of maintenance funding. However the room was lovely and the 2 restaurants were perfect.

Unkept, un maintained, a lot of broken parts
Seemed like it was five star 15 years ago with zero upkeep, location not great.
