A beautiful property away from the crowds, as you enter your feel the bliss, swimming pool was clean, the restaurant had a wonderful full view of the greens ( felt like a jungle lodge).
Entire place is made of wood/bamboo.
Rooms were big, we got a room upgraded to pool view on the lower floor. Beds were super comfy.
The Manager Anh was super cooperative, polite and helping. He even went out of the way to drop us to the bus stop in his car which was around 600mts away ( vinbus no 17 & 19 / 17 goes to the international airport) That was sweet of him.
They even rent out motorbikes at 150000 vnd /day. Which is as good as what you would get outside
The team at breakfast too was good but the entire team surely needs to be trained to use and keep VEGAN dishes seperately with a seperate serving spoons. Keep it away as most of the guests who eat everything rarely bother to use a separate spoons for vegan and this makes things ugly for members who are pure vegetarian or vegan.
A simple easy solution is to keep vegan food far away from all the non vegan / non veg foods so it never gets mixed up or contaminated with meat etc when guests mix up the spoons.
Hope this will help you understand the sensitivity towards guests who are vegetarian and vegan. Even when these items are prepared in kitchen, you should make an effort to prepare in seperate vessels and separate knife spoons needs to be used.
Certain places at the restaurant porch looked broken and not cleaned as wood tends to get spoilt due to Moisture.
But overall I would surely recommend everyone. If we visit again we would surely book this place.
The lighting needs to be a little better , as the lights on the fan were not working in our room.
The water pressure in shower should be improved if possible.

Like the atmosphere. Room was spacious. Fish pond and swimming pool at doorstep. Friendly staff and manager.
Breakfast was awful. No variety. Same food everyday
The pressure of the shower was bad, especially when you turned on the heater.
Soundproofing was bad.
WiFi connection was awful.

Surrounded by nature.
Central location if you want to visit the whole island, ie starfish beach, grand world and sunset town.
The rooms were quite dated and worn. Floors had some holes in it. Wasn’t the cleanest hotel room we’ve been to in Southeast Asia. Found bed bugs on our last day which was disturbing, if we had found it earlier we would have left.
The breakfast is beyond poor. Not sure how they are serving the food, SMALL selection and poor quality.
Didn’t use the pool as not sure if it’s cleaned regularly.
The guy at the reception was nice and the moped rental price is good.
