Breakfast was decent, the property is on the south part of the island and it’s easy to get to the attractions. The staff at the tour desk are helpful and always willing to share tips and ideas on how to get around. The stay was comfortable and the beach access was a huge bonus.
The bathroom in our suite had a bad smell all through the stay and the house keeping can do a better job at cleaning. The staff are very petty for an Accor group hotel and I say this because - 1. We were running late one of the days and wanted to bring our coffee to the room from the breakfast area and the staff did not allow us to bring our coffee upstairs. 2. While checking out, the lady at the front desk made me wait 15 mins although the room cost was prepaid in advance. She showed me a picture of a broken glass cup and asked me if this was in our room which I told her was not. Not a pleasant experience of checking out.
