Tolle Beachfront Villa mit eigenem Pool, sehr bequeme Betten, sauber, umgeben von einer wunderschönen, gepflegten Gartenanlage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage. Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Das Essen im Hotel selbst schmeckt auch sehr lecker. Frühstücksauswahl am Buffet ist äußerst vielfältig. Man fühlt sich hier sehr willkommen, denn alle sind darum bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung

Wir hatten ein Strandbungalow mit Meerblick. Das Bett war komfortabel und der private Pool war das Highlight.
Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam.
Der Night Market ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Leider haben wir mehr negative Punkte als positive.
Zu allererst der Transfer vom Flughafen. Uns ist es wirklich unverständlich, wieso so ein Riesenhotel kein Shuttel zur Verfügung stellt. Laut den Antwortden zu den FAQs sollte es laut Hotel einen Schaltet am Flughafen geben. Dieser existiert aber nicht. Wir versuchten über Booking das Hotel zu kontaktieren, jedoch folgte erst 24 Std. später eine Antowort. Wir mussten somit über Grab ein Transfer buchen.
Empfang: Ja, es sind mit uns ein paar andere Gäste angereist. Wir wurden gebeten in der Lobby Platz zu nehmen. Von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich schon, dass wenn wir ankommen wenigstens etwas kühles zu trinken bekommen. Eine Erfrischung kam jedoch erst während des Check-In nach 20 Min Wartezeit. Wir wurden gefragt, um welche Uhrzeit wir wieder abreisen. Unser Flug ging schon um 8 Uhr früh. Dabei entschuldigte sich die Rezeptionistin und meinte, dass der Shuttel ab 7 Uhr alle zwei Stunden fährt und das für uns zu spät sei. Eine andere Lösung z.B. uns ein Taxi zu bestellen bot sie nicht an.
Essen: Schlecht. Einfach schlecht. Wir entschieden uns am ersten Abend nicht auf den Nachtmarkt zu gehen und das Seafood Restaurant für 650k pro Person auszuprobieren. Ich habe noch nie so schlechtes Essen im Hotel gegessen. Die Vielfalt war ok. Jedoch hat alles gleich geschmeckt. Einfach fad. Ich finde es auch ein Unding, dass nur Dessertteller vergeben werden. Man ist somit gezwungen mehrmals am Büffet anzustehen, denn bei drei Garnelen ist der Teller voll.
Unterkunft: Der Bungalow war wirklich schön eingerichtet. Sobald man jedoch auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet hat, sah man die unsaubere Arbeit. Hinter der Badewanne lag Wandputz, beim Pool war eine Kachel bei einem Trittstein komplett lose, Wasser floss nach draußen ab und nicht in den Abfluss.
Der Bungalow war zum Strand hin durch eine Promenade abgetrennt, diese wurde mehrmals täglich von Roller- und Autofahrern befahren obwohl das verboten war.

100% I liked and appreciate your welcoming service and staffs. First time in Phu quoc I stayed 3 other villa. Novotel was Perfect. Swimming pool, Beach, breakfast, lunch, dinner and activities. I attended yoga class and my children really loved with kids room and teacher. Also we played table tennis. All facilities were perfect. Really enjoed and suggest Novotel to my friend.

Noisy. Allowing private parties late into the night with tuff-tuff music and screaming. Having corporate events in the common pool area, ( DKJ Mekong Launch). Also with live entertainment for the participants and to the annoyance of the paying gusts.
Location. The resort is far from any local life. Located in the line of similar resorts separated by patches of land in between them which seem to be no man’s land, full of rubbish, plastic pollution and private burning of plastics and rubber.
Water. 2 x 500 ml bottles of water per day were complementary. 1 bottle in the the mini bar with the price tag of around AUD 5.00
Very expensive, considering that tap water is undrinkable due to smell.

Очень уютный, красивый отель с шикарным бассейном. Очень вежливый персонал, отличные завтраки. У нас был забронирован обычный номер, но нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд на бунгало. Детям очень понравилось. Девочки из кидс клаб классные, очень дружелюбные. Территория очень чистая и не далеко от аэропорта. Рядом есть ночной рынок со всякой едой и развлечениями.
Не понравилась шумоизоляция, ребенок из соседней комнаты плакал всю ночь, было ощущение, что он плачет в нашей комнате:))

Breakfast was excellent. Very close to private beach. swimming pools inside hotel are very nice. Drinks and awesome and not cost is moderate. Room service is good. There was nice indoor play area and kids activity room, where kids can be engaged well. nice gym. there were buggies to move around inside villas.
Lunch and Dinner could have added more continental cuisine. I am an Indian travelling with family so I expected few more Indian dishes.

Провели здесь 2 недели отпуска. Очень красивая зеленая территория, пруды с карпами, которых можно покормить (по запросу хлеб выдают в спорт зале). Два бассейна и выход на пляж, всегда можно было найти свободные лежаки, пляж чистый. Отличные завтраки.
В холле есть стойка с турагентом, через которого можно заказать поездки на снорклинг. Также мы ходили в спа при отеле, очень понравилось. Можно было поиграть в теннис и взять велосипеды напрокат.
Напротив отеля большая улица с ночным рынком с едой, много массажных салонов, прачечная и банкомат. Не было проблем вызвать такси.
В номере было очень заметное большое пятно на шторах, которое не смогли убрать, замены штор также не нашлось. Да, персонал сделал все возможное, даже предложили нам переселиться в бунгало, но все же это не очень приятно, хотелось бы чистоты.

Best part of this hotel is clean and awesome Beach with free Kayaking.
Second best is the Pools - two large well maintained pools.
Third best is the endless breakfast - still i rate third is due to the repetitions most days.
Space - inside the rooms are pretty tight.
At first the front office given me a ground floor room with nothing to see :(
later after request they moved us to 4th floor - still ok.

Beach was pretty good. Breakfast is okay too. Okay location, close to airport. Friendly staff, but sometimes had to tell them multiple times on the phone before gotten any results.
Horrible wifi, although I stayed on the first floor. Hope they fix that issue, but I suggest asking if they did before you move in, if you need wifi for work.
Prices of some things are overpriced, like beer for example.
I've stayed in MovenPick for a week too, and although its more premium (and about the same price when I booked) prices in restaurants were cheaper.

A high standard hotel. The staff speaks good English. Breakfasts were rich and tasty. The hotel and gardens are well maintained, everything looked spotless. Each second day there is live music in the evening with happy hour cocktails of very good quality.
During blackouts the generator starts within seconds, so you may even not notice any problem.
Unstable Wi-Fi.
Necessity to fill in the form each time you take a beach towel. In addition, Eastern European and Russian tourists who block sunbeds with towels early in the morning, but come after late breakfast.
In the room: almost no space to store your bags and clothes.
The area outside the hotel is the biggest con - in the middle of nowhere. There is a fake night market with few restaurants, but there are no people, just a ghost village.

ホテル内で過ごすには各レストラン、ルームサービスのメニューの種類が少ないく、コンビニ的な売店もない。
結局、道を渡って近くのスーパー、小さな食堂、ナイトマーケットに食べに出ることになります。
そこはベトナム料理、韓国料理、海鮮料理が中心になります、価格も安いですがそれなりです。
ビーチはきれいに管理されていますが、水質はそんなに良くありません。

La chambre un peu vieillissante, nous étions 4 dans la chambre mais pas de canapé lit comme indiqué. Il faut un lit d’appoint pour bungalow avec piscine privée. Bien dommage. Pas de serviettes pour 4, il fallait systématiquement réclamer. Les équipements étaient un peu vieillissant.

Tolle gepflegte Anlage, direkt am Strand. Wir hatten ein Beachfront Bungalow mit privatem Pool. Ansich war alles sehr schön und zufriedenstellend, doch beim genaueren Hinsehen im Bezug auf den gezahlten Preis gab es schon einige am Macken bzw. sind schon die ein oder anderen Dinge in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Personal war sehr höflich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer riesigen Auswahl.
Bis auf den Strand und den gegenüberliegenden Nachtmarkt hat die Umgebung wenig zu bieten. Wir waren sechs Nächte hier und haben die Zeit zum entspannen genutzt. Der Strand könnte gepflegter sein, viele kleine Plastikteile überall.

お部屋は素敵だったのですが、シャワーヘッドがすぐに取れてしまったり鍵が壊れていたり改善の余地があるかと思います。プライベートプール付きのヴィラにしましたがお部屋によってはレストランから丸見えのところもあるのでプライバシーを重視する方はリクエストを入れておいた方が良いと思います。

Best resort for family with young kids or baby, we were traveling with 5 months baby, the resort staffs were so helpful and friendly, if you are looking for leisure holiday, it s your resort, the pools, walking to the beach, the staffs, we stayed 4 nights and their buffet breakfast was changed and updated every morning , they also have nurse in the facility so if you need anything you can ask
We also used spa for relax which were wonderful for us
They accommodated everything, we had dinner at the food exchange twice while we stayed, the foods were very good, the services were excellent
Sauna at the gym center was plus
The also provided towels for guests at the pools and beachs
Pools are not very deep (children pools 0.4meter to 1.4-1.5 meters pools) very kid friendly - they also have staffs there to look after you as well
The resort also provided pick up and drop off at the airport for free which was very handy
We highly recommend this resort for everyone who doesnt want to spend crazy amount of money for leisure pleasant holiday (compare with other 5 stars hotels in the area)
Also tip for family with kids, you can bring your own inflatable pool toys/rings, they can help you pump or you can buy them at the resort

Nothing s really around the hotel within walking distance - they have night market close by walking distance but nothing was worth to go, we didn’t mind as we wanted to stay in the resort to relax

As would be expected of a Novotel hotel, this resort is stunning in every aspect, the rooms, pool and facilities are world class. Buffet breakfast has a huge selection of western and eastern cuisines. Very friendly staff and amazing views and location.
The wealthy locals from Saigon and Hanoi fly to holiday here, its common in most Asian cultures to not have western manners, politeness or common courtesy so patience is required. The resort is very far away from the main town and dining options outside the resort is limited, allow for Grab taxi costs into your stay.

Everything about this resort was fantastic! From the reception, restaurant, pool areas, spa, spacious guest room with balcony and all staffs etc were super nice! It is a real resort great for friends and family. Standard rooms in the main building and also have bungalows style villas with backyard and balconies surrounded by beautiful gardens and plantations. Breakfast was fantastic have so much varieties fresh and tasty. Dinner menu food also very yummy. The pool area is super beautiful and just seconds away from the beach. It costs a little bit more than the accommodations around, but it is so worth it. And I t is better in real life than the photos on website which is not often be the case.

Had an enjoyable stay at the Novotel. Comfortable stay & good service though English speaking staff are a few only. The beach fronting the resort was littered with rubbish which was sad. Weather was not the best- very windy & rainy but we made the most of it.

The amenities were great. We liked the Origin water bottles - good tasting, glass recyclable bottles. It was clean except for the curtain in the shower area.
The restaurant food was terrible. The buffet was good but the dinner at the restaurant was below par. We had chicken curry - I can make better curry than that. If you want to charge those prices (USA prices) - your food needs to reflect that. Food was definitely overprice and not good.

The property was at an amazing location and the pool was great!
The walls were very thin for a five star hotel standard and on the first night we had the room beside us making loud noises and then the night after the room above stomping.
The English standard of receptionists really need improving….we asked for a tax invoice at check out but took them a long time to understand our request and then it took them more than 5 days to email it to us.
