The pool is incredible!
Lacking some food options. There wasn’t much choice as we wanted to stay in the resort

The staff are friendly and nice, one of the staff said happy birthday to me, one of the staff noticed that I’m ‘’crying’’ (actually dry eye) and gave me some dessert to make me feel better! Thank you so much for the sweet behavior!

Absolutely loved our stay! The resort was beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly kids-friendly. The staff were all so warm, friendly, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be coming back!

Room was a decent size, well laid out and beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had an excellent choice and was constantly replenished right up until end of service. Location of hotel is quite a distance from anywhere, nothing immediately around hotel but shuttle bus was useful to get to local town/night market. Staff incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Lots of fun games set up on the beach for kids. Also enjoyed morning yoga.
Sadly I would not be able to recommend this hotel. The music played at every part of the hotel (restaurants, pool, beach bar and around the grounds) was at a level which was too high to relax. I understand that many guests are happy to listen to music, but to have the same beat thumping away by the pool from 8am-10pm every day was just too much. We spent the whole time trying to find seats as far away from the speakers as possible; not easy as they were located at regular intervals all around the pool and surrounding areas. Such a shame that we couldn't relax and enjoy the sounds of nature for at least part of the day! To ensure the environment appeals to all guests, there should be the option of choosing to sit by the pool bar and the loud music, or finding a quieter area.
