Wir konnten kostenlos SUP und Kanu am Strand nutzen und Velo ausleihen.
Die Strandliegen waren aus Holz, nicht sehr bequem.

The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The villa was huge and private. The pool was bigger than expected and clean every day. We liked the breakfasts that were a bit different every day. The service level was very ambitious. They offer to drive you around the property and to the center close by. There are many restaurants close to the hotel.
There is a huge, beautiful kitchen but nothing there to prepare food. We got a fruit basket as a welcome gift, which was very sweet, but there was nothing to peel and cut the fruits with. When we asked for it we got some forks, glasses and plates. There is a stove but the hotel rules forbid the guests to use it. We had also some issues with many services provided. We rented a motorbike that was running out of gas so we had to start with finding a gas station. The prices at the restaurant and the beach bar are way to high and the service level at dinner was much worse than at breakfast (refused to serve wine by glass, which they claim to offer). The room service number didn’t work, when we finally got to order they didn’t have many things in the menu and the food wasn’t great. We ordered laundry service, it was late and one piece was missing (which we got back eventually). There is no spa, afternoon tea or beach cinema that they advertise.

Friendly staff always happy to help. The beach, the restaurant is not crowded even though all the villas occupied. Clean white sand beach on west coast of the island gives us sunset views every evening. Delicious breakfast and barbecue on beach. Free electric car to the market and free bicycles. Even motorcycles are available for 24 hours in exchange of small fee. The villas are so comfortable.

Très jolie villa disposant de tout le confort nécessaire (4 chambres, 4 salles de bain, climatisation, piscine privée…) mais nous avons été très déçus de trouver une cuisine sans les éléments indispensables pour cuisiner, surtout lors d'un séjour de partage en famille ! Proche de la mer, petit déjeuner avec buffet proposant un large choix.
Piscine extérieure collective sublime.
Malgré de nombreux commentaires à ce sujet, l'hôtel ne souhaite apparemment pas prendre en considération ces critiques. J'aurais du consulter les précédents commentaires avant de réserver.
L'équipement fourni ne correspond pas au descriptif du logement qui indique une cuisine privative ET DES USTENSILES de cuisine. Les seuls ustensiles de cuisine disponibles sont 8 tasses et 8 cuillères, 1 micro ondes, 1 bouilloire, et 1 plaque électrique qui ne sert à rien sans casseroles.
Nous avons sollicité des ustensiles de cuisine à la réception qui nous a confié que nous devions les louer 46€ par jour (assiettes et casseroles) ! Je trouve cette démarche plutôt abusive. Je vous propose dans ce cas de nous louer une piscine sans eau ou des lits sans matelas ...
Il serait opportun de modifier le descriptif du logement sur Booking afin de ne pas abuser les futurs clients en leur annonçant la réalité. Inutile de diffuser de jolies photos avec une jolie table dressée avec verres & assiettes alors que nous n'avons aucune assiette, aucun verre, aucune fourchette, aucun couteau, aucune casserole…
De plus, après avoir informé la réception de l'arrivée d'une huitième personne dans notre villa, le personnel servant le petit-déjeuner nous a créé des problèmes alors que la direction avait été prévenue par nos soins 2 jours auparavant. Nous n'avons pas particulièrement apprécié cette attitude surtout après avoir été prévenants. Si de surcroît un complément de factures était à payer, nous l’aurions honoré sans difficulté (sinon rien ne sert de vous écrire et de vous prévenir). À ce jour, nous n’avons reçu aucune excuse du personnel pour ce malentendu, mon mail est resté sans réponse !!!
Bien évidemment, je vous invite à communiquer entre vos différents services (personnel de direction, personnel de réception et personnel servant le petit-déjeuner) pour éviter ce genre de désagréments en nous mettant mal à l'aise face aux autres clients.
Nous ne sommes absolument pas exigeants mais un minimum de courtoisie et de politesse

Duża , przestronna willa z basenem. Każda sypialnia ma swoją łazienkę. Salon , kuchnia , fajny basen , często czyszczony. Zadbana roślinność, dobre śniadania. Blisko targu z pysznym jedzeniem. Ładna plaża.
Na plaży brak leżaków. 2 które były - bez materacy, z desek. Nie da się na nich leżeć.

Villas are spacious. Right on the beach. Staff is very helpful.
It’s in the middle of nowhere. The shops and restaurants around are below average and there is lack of choice. You can walk to the other resorts for food but the beachside bars/restaurants don’t stay open after sunset. This is very inconvenient as you are told you need to pay extra for the kitchen in the villa (2 million dong) I would never have rented a villa without a kitchen and never in my life I was asked to pay extra for it. We had to ask for glasses and there were no plates, no cutlery or any other kitchen equipment.
The buffet breakfast is below average too. They kept making eggs and they were always cold as they were left there.
The garden needs some love and the private pool was freezing cold.

The villas are fantastic, great quality building, modern and clean. We loved the option to swim in our Villa Pool, the Resort Main Pool or the beautiful beach. Guests can use free of charge bicycles, kayaks and paddleboards, we used all of these especially the bikes as my daughter and I explored the beachfront and found isolated areas for a swim, although in fairness even in front of the resort their was never many on the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our 5 day stay, the breakfast also offered a great selection. We are looking at booking again next year.
Maybe the garden hedge could be grown a little higher and a fence installed across the Villa entrance to provide more privacy when relaxing by your private pool.

Very spacious villa, nicely furnished. Close to the beach and with its own pool. Staff always ready to help. The Ando restaurant has excellent food.
Perhaps the room lacks a wardrobe with drawers so that you can unpack your clothes more easily.

I was had dinner in your place, but actually the seafood not fresh, its not specially, and flavor of your chef a little salty. I think you must create more than in your menu, more choice and more special. Cause with your price for one person, it’s very expensive.

Overall the stay was OK.
The staff doesn’t speak English except for Emily Lucas and the lady we had on the phone at the restaurant for the room service.
The credit card machine doesn’t work which is quite annoying and surprising for this kind of resort.

excellent location, very friendly and professional staff, great facility, private pool, very close to the beach, complimentary rides to and from airport that made us feel so welcomed! All the staff was very helpful, polite and professional especially Thinh (driver) and Lan Anh who works at the restaurant. This place is highly recommended!!

i pay enought when i get in. but after 2day i am out. the customer service on the hotel say not pay enought. so they said they sent to me the video i get in. but i did not see any video.

The place is not far away from Airport, and we were provided with free airport shuttle. We stayed in a vila with 4 bedrooms and they were very clean. The place is comfortable and pleasure. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, they greet us everytime seeing us. It’s also close to the beach and the water is exceptionally clean. It’s good place for both taking photo and swimming. The breakfast was good with both Vietnamese and western cuisines. Definitely recommend and we will come back when visiting Phu Quoc next time.
We came during the covid time and the place is rather new so there were not so many guests. so the breakfast on the first day was not buffet but a la carte type. The foods were still good but not so many options.
