Was very upset about the situation

Upon arrival we had no access to the thermostat. There was no iron. Texted the number given and she was of no help. Very disappointed

Ruined Vacation!
Location was convenient.
Arrived at 9pm Oct 30...had stains on carpet, torn blinds on door to balcony, worn and stained rugs in bathroom, refrigerator and microwave located in bathroom and no remote to tv. Advised Vacasa of these issues, said would send local team to check it out Tuesday morning. Got up Tuesday morning and we couldn't even shower TOO DIRTY so we left and I Advised Vacasa and Booking.com that we had left and that I wanted a refund, Vacasa sent an email about 10pm on Tuesday advising the local team would be out the next day, I don't know if they ever came out. Got and email on Wed saying they had refunded the cleaning fee but that is not enough....We did not stay other than Monday night and only then because it was too late to go anywhere else. Would not be asking or expecting a refund if it was our fault we didn't stay but the Fault lies with Vacasa and we feel a refund should be coming. I sent photos to Vacasa the night we arrived. We feel like Vacasa and Booking.com has been giving us the run around ever since this started on Oct 30...there's been numerous emails and phone calls during this past week trying to get this situation resolved so we really couldn't have a vacation where we went to after leaving Helen, GA. on Tuesday afternoon! It appears no one has past any emails along to someone that has the authority to resolve this issue in a satisfactory way to us. I never expected to be dealing with this because I've used Booking.com before and I've heard good things about Vacasa but with what I've been through this past week has been an is disappointing, to say the least!

Their no hand rails on the porch and at the door you could not control the heat while the temperature was in the 20st Their was no chairs in the room only place to sit was on the bed attend did come around to check to see if we anything ect.towels, coffee or sheets
