It is a beautiful family resort with extraordinary content for kids (even better than expected). Room was OK (they were thinking on lot of cute details for kids, but should also think on periodical exchange of the same, i.e, our kid wanted to use the hotel potty but it was broken). Outdoor park is also great, but spider webs are everywhere, which prevents you from using the same. Food was excellent, playhouse and pools were perfect, although both days there were birthday celebrations within the cafe in playhouse, so parents could not drink a coffee while waiting for the children, which also should be regulated somehow. In general, our kid had a wonderful time, but it is definitely not worth of this chain's reputation.
When preparing for the visit, I have read a lot of comments, and most of them referred to beautiful facility and lousy staff. This is something we can fully agree with. The front manager was the one who always replied to comments, which can be considered "polite". I precisely choose this word as it would be "professional" only if any of the comments are to be implemented and the service improved. Most of the staff seemed completely not interested in "dealing" with the guests, we even had an unpleasant issue with the animation team when our kid wanted to take a pic with the hotel mascot, but nobody was willing to listen to us. Generally, staff are much more pleasant toward the guests from Hungary, I suppose - due to the lack of language barrier, which is also shameful for this type of hotel. We are not complaining about the price, as it is something you choose on your own, but about the overall service provided for the same by the famous hotel chain. The funniest thing is that our kid would still visit it again, but for us adults, genuine improvements based on many comments I have read, should be made.

The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, a paradise for kids. The superior king room is more than comfortable for a smaller family. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that you can stay here for days and the kids don’t get bored at all. So many nice things for them. The staff was helpful as well, especially those ones at the reception desk. We liked the food too pretty much.
Overall my manly positive experience, I’m not sure if it worth the price after all, because at the end of your stay, you will pay a lots of extra (for drinks, water during the day, coffee, lunch etc etc). At least a few options of soft drinks should be included in the price. The elevator system was a bit stressful as well (you can only go to your own floor with a key card). No staircase. The chocolate bar in the afternoon was a comedy… at this point they shouldn’t do it at all. Normally it starts at 15:30, but we arrived at 15:40 and there was nothing left. People were fighting only to get a plate, so we just left it. Many facilities were closed temporarily (like sauna, the big slide till 3pm, sometimes the outside water toy). I suppose it’s due to the current energy crisis, but people were paying for using these facilities so some kind of compensation would have been nice…
Hopefully the management will consider improving these things.

Great for kids under 5
There is no value for money and 2 days it’s more than enough.
The food was really poor for the price we paid for the staying.
Kids club staff was ok.
Other staff members are not welcoming and not trying to help and be kind to you.
We staid for 6 nights when we checked out no one asked how it was and if we need help with the luggage.
