I enjoyed the location of the hotel, breakfast, staff, and pool. Even through the bathroom was small, the shower felt great, and we enjoyed the amenities of the bath wash, etc.,
I didn't like the laminate flooring in the bedroom. I will need to bring a broom. When you have sand from the beach it can get kind of gritty.

Staff was very nice and there was always someone in the lobby to help, even overnight. Rooms where clean and modern. Mini fridge included, although no coffee maker but there was coffee/hot tea available 24hrs a day in the lobby. Breakfast was simple but a good option. Most hotels do not offer hot breakfast, here you had scrambled eggs and breakfast sausages, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, toast, bagels, fruit and juices. Also has a pool and a fire pit area. It is centrally located right next to the Tanger outlets and 5 mins away from the Rehoboth Beach by car. Also there is a walking/biking trail in the back, so there's lots to do within walking distance. You have many stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations and food options within minutes. We had a great 5-day stay here in Rehoboth Beach, DE and we will definitely choose Microtel again on our next trip!

I like the room, 24 hour coffee station, My floor was quiet and room was clean.
Only 2 luggage carts in the entire bldg. Needed more than one person checking in people., never got my room clean, had to get my pwn towels and wash cloths.

The location was good.
The bathroom did not have any clean towels and there were dirty towels left in the bathroom on the bathroom door from the previous guest, making me question if the room was in fact cleaned for a new occupant.
