About this house rental
This private one-story home w/pool (HEATING OPTIONAL) fully remodeled 1,968 sq ft 3 bed, 2 bath home w/office and new furnishings throughout. The private outdoor oasis provides a private pool, lounge chairs, propane firepit with sitting area under a covered patio, BBQ with outdoor table/chairs for dining, and corn hole boards. You can cool off in the house with a game of shuffleboard or board games with hours of entertainment for any family.

Please note you must be at least 25 years or older to rent and cannot rent for other guests. Ring cameras installed down both sides and across front of the house for security only. No cameras in backyard or pool area.
****Note: Heated pool (optional) is not normally heated and may take up to 24 hrs to get the pool to a desired temperature (varies with weather). Please let us know at booking if you’re interested in the heated pool option (typically only need during winter months October - April). Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee of $75 per day. ****

Kitchen had everything. Pool was perfect and plenty of beach towels supplied. House was so clean and several games provided. We had a great time with grandkids.

If the max rating is 5 stars, then give this 6. Immaculately clean, well equipped, nicely maintained, true to the on-line photos, great location, etc. We've been using VRBO (or similar) for 30 years in many countries and this ties for the best property experience we've had. If you stay here, please be sure to treat the property as respectfully as the owners have. They've clearly put in a lot of work to make this properly welcoming and comfortable. Communication was great.

Terrific VRBO with top notch amenities! The host had great prompt communication and this was an easy booking process. They did not miss a thing in regards to amenities like startup soaps and paper products. Linens and beds were amazing and kitchen items were high quality! This place was one of the CLEANEST VRBOs I have booked! The outdoor space was awesome and our group spent most of the time in the pool or lounging at the patio. You will absolutely love this VRBO if you book this place!

We had a fantastic stay at this Arizona Vrbo! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The layout was perfect, and everything we needed was provided, which made traveling so easy. The location was great and made it simple to get around and enjoy the area.The host was excellent to work with—responsive, friendly, and clear with all instructions before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
