About this apartment rental
Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.
Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine
- Separate dining area
- In-unit laundry
- WiFi
- Air conditioning via window unit
- Off street parking
Guest access:
Guest access via keyless electronic lock.

- Maximum of 2 guests (no exceptions)
- We do not allow pets

The place was beautiful and well appointed. Centrally located made it easy to walk everywhere in and around the town. Highly recommend this place to anyone spending a couple of days in Mystic! We will be back.

My husband and I were in town for a long weekend for his HS reunion. We used to live in the area and wanted to be in Mystic for ease. This place was fantastic! Great location, very clean and comfortable. One of my favorite things was sitting on the back deck and hearing the church bells chime every hour. Mike was very communicative, check in and check out was super easy. We highly recommend!
