About this apartment rental
Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.
Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 1 is located on the first floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine
- Separate dining area
- In-unit laundry
- WiFi
- Air conditioning via window unit
- Off street parking
Guest access:
Guest access via keyless electronic lock.
House rules:
- No parties
- Maximum of 2 guests (no exceptions)
- We do not allow pets
- All guests must be at least 27 years old

Charm, charm, charm.My wife and I enjoyed one of the very nicest and enjoyable trips ever in the town of Mystic. One of the top reasons that our trip was amazing was due to the rental house that we decided on. Mike the owner, is truly the greatest as he was so accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. Mike offered up countless fun and interesting things to do, great restaurants to try out, and truly was so quick to respond with ideas and feedback of the area. His property is one of the very best VRBO places that we have ever stayed at. It is very high end with the furnishings and great tastes of decorating. The bed was over the top comfortable and every aspect of the rental property was so well planned out. The location of Mike’s property is literally two seconds from the Main Street and Mystic Pizza. Could not ask for a better location. Mike, thank you so much for one of the very best vacations that we have ever taken. We will be back in the future.

We try to stay in this unit as often as possible. Unfortunately for us the secret is out and it not always available. Don’t hesitate or it will be gone. Great host, wonderful unit and location location location…
