Situated in Mystic, this charming condo for $197 per night is a great choice for your next trip. One of three newly renovated units in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough, Misquamicut Beach and Watch Hill RI. Only 25 minutes to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos. Unit 2 is located on the ground floor and offers the following layout and amenities: - One bedroom with queen-size bed - One bath with shower - Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu - Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave - Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware. - Nespresso machine - Separate dining area - In-unit laundry - WiFi - Air conditioning via window unit. We now have driveway parking for our guests! Please note: Rentals will only be available to mature and quiet individuals who are respectful of other guests in adjacent units. Maximum of 2 people allowed to stay in the unit. No parties allowed on premises. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets. No smoking on premises.

This apartment was wonderful. It was immaculate and tastefully appointed. It was great to have so much space. The owner responded to all requests promptly. He also was available to make restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We stayed in this cozy and comfortable apartment over Thanksgiving and it was absolutely perfect. When we walked in, I was thrilled to find the cutest Christmas tree on the counter that was the perfect night light. The location is great, just a very short walk to restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself is pristine and beautifully appointed. There was shampoo, soap, lotion and even Q-tips. A hair dryer and iron/ironing board too. The kitchen had delicious coffee and tea and even a package of fancy chocolate croissants. I could go on and on. I can't forget to mention our wonderful host Mike. I couldn't have asked for better communication. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Had all the amenities in a compact but comfy space. Felt cozy and private but also close to town. In town in 5 minutes by walking. Would stay again!

Beautiful space even nicer than the photos. Everything seems brand new. Good sized rooms, lots of great daytime light, an outdoor area to read or have drinks. Neighborhood is quiet and just steps away from downtown Mystic--around the corner from Sift bakery and Young Bun donuts (YUM!) and lots of great places for food and drink. Terrific location--lots of historic houses within walking distance. Mike gave us great suggestions for places to see--we really enjoyed Stoneington. Lots of antique shops. We feel renewed and refreshed after just two days.

This property was just amazing! Great location to downtown Mystic. Wonderfully decorated, very comfortable. Probably the cleanest VRBO dwelling I have ever stayed in. Do not hesitate to book this. Thanks to the hosts for creating such a lovely relaxing environment.

Cleanliness is important to us, and this rental delivered in every way. Besides being immaculate it was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the convenience of walking to town to the many shops and restaurants. Loved every minute of our stay on High Street.

This rental was fabulous. I can’t say enough about all the great things about it: it was so meticulously clean, amazingly decorated (!!!), totally comfortable, and everything one could ever need was provided. This lovely place was convenient to everything and just a short walk to downtown. Mike gave us a list of neat things that we could do and see and we were so happy with those. We had such an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

We rented this apartment for a 2 day birthday getaway. It was lovely. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. The set up and use of space is impressive. There were other guests there but we never saw them. The apartment is walkable to many shops and restaurants.So fun!!

We try to stay at different places when visiting Mystic. This was the best so far! Great interior and exterior! Just right for two! We could walk easily to shops/restaurants and come back to a quiet evening. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We 100% recommend this VRBO!

This was one of the most wonderful stays we have experienced. The host was very responsive and accommodating. All the details were perfect and the entire place was so warm and cozy. It is perfectly located close to town and on a beautiful street. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. You can walk to all restaurants and shops in downtown mystic. Only took the car out once to drive to Watch Hill for the day (25 min drive).

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway to Mystic! It has everything we needed & then some. The decor is fantastic. A short walk to all the great shops & restaurants in “old” Mystic. After a day we started to feel like locals because the apartment was so…”homey”. Trust me…this is a HUGE compliment! Mike was great! Always responsive to any questions/needs we had. Can’t wait to visit Mystic again and stay at this wonderful property!

We have stayed at a number of places in Mystic as we go there every year. This may be our favorite place so far. It was very clean and bright (really important given COVID) and was also comfortable and well laid out. It is walking distance of all of our favorite restaurants - a bit of a steep hill the first block down into town, but we're seniors and we managed it fine. Mike, the owner, was very nice and even took the extra step of making sure we got a parking spot in front of the house that first night.
