We had the best stay, even extended it and would have stay longer if it wasn’t booked up already! Sarah was the best host, she even set up a Christmas tree for us! We have family that lives down the street and we wanted to be near them for the holidays. We couldn’t have found a better spot! Spotless, comfy beds, hand painted walls, decorated perfect for photos! Also, very important the hot water never runs out, a must for families staying. There is everything you need for an awesome relaxing beach vacation! Close to the beach, bikes to ride and the POOL!! Thanks Sarah, we can’t wait for our next stay!!!

Super cute neighborhood!! Very close to grocery stores and the beach!! Kitchen was fully stocked! Beds were very comfortable!!! Overall 10/10!!!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more for our family and pup. Loved all the extra towels since we spent most of our time in the wonderful pool. Our 3 year old also loved the swing out front. The photos don’t do this home justice. So close to the beach and tons of restaurants/coffee shops/ice cream. Everything you need for a great family vacation!

This property is amazing! Beautifully decorated, comfortable and convenient. The backyard landscaping is gorgeous and we loved the pool. It was perfect for our little family gathering and our only regret is not having more time to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Palm! The house was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need for swimming in the pool, staying home, or going to the beach! We definitely plan on staying again!

The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The pool is gorgeous and refreshing. A far walk to the beach but plenty of parking this time of year and we ended up in the pool most of the time anyway! The beds were comfortable and there were thoughtful toys for kids. The host is very attentive and friendly but doesn’t bother you. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

The property was just as listed. Beautiful; very inviting from the moment you walked through the door! 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was a plus, every couple had their own. The pool was fantastic, loved our daily swim. Even my 86 yr old mother enjoyed the pool. Only draw back no hand rail to get in or out of pool.

I normally don’t leave reviews but our experience from start to end was over and above.Sarah responded within minutes of me messaging her. She went above and beyond. One of the bikes had a nail in it within an hour 2 new bikes were delivered - I mean how amazing is that 10000/10. I have never stayed in a rental that was soo well equipped(coffee, cleaning supplies, toiletries and so much more )you don’t need to bring anything and there were a few goodies for us and our pup too. This house is a must stay. Great location / fabulous host / clean and modern - Book it now

Sarah was wonderful, flexible, communicative, and just a delight. The house is PERFECT - so clean and airy. It's a short walk to the beach and restaurants. This honestly was the best VRBO experience I've ever hard. Stop thinking about it, just BOOK IT.

Had a phenomenal stay. The house was the perfect size for 3 adults and a toddler. Sarah went above and beyond for us, supplying all the gear we could possibly need - in pristine condition - for our baby. The house was extremely clean, and there were plenty of towels and linens. Communication with Sarah before, during and after the stay was easy, especially when we encountered a snafu with the air conditioning, which was addressed promptly. We will without a doubt be staying here again. Thank you, Sarah! We’ll be back soon!

Beyond being beautiful, this home was well organized and provided all the amenities needed for a great stay. The check-in process was simple and the host was wonderfully communicative. We enjoyed time at the beach, riding bikes, swimming in the pool, and relaxing by the fire pit. Would recommend this home without hesitation.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Pool is very big and not deep. Everything was as exactly in the pictures. The decor was fitting. House was very clean. We even had a little treat when we arrived. This was a great deal. Just a few blocks from beaches and a well appointed. Three-bedroom with two full bathrooms. A very nice and well-kept swimming pool in the backyard. We use the bicycles in the garage for a six hour bicycle ride all around the area. Highly recommend this property.

This home was decorated beautifully. Everything you needed was provided. My only suggestion would be to add more cook/bakeware. The items provided were perfect; however, I needed to go out and purchase a few additional pans to cook Easter dinner. Unfortunately, our weather during our stay, was not very good, so we were not able to enjoy the backyard, but the pool, games, and space looked fantastic. This is a definite return for us!

We had a wonderful stay for the week. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the property- especially given that it was dog friendly. We loved the close proximity to the beach, and the bikes they had available for us. The pool was also a big hit, especially for our daughter! The host was very communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay again if we revisit the area.

Clean - newly remodeled. Sarah was prompt with messages. Beach chairs, beach wagon and even a corn hole game to play next to the pool. We drove to the beach but you could ride one of the bikes provided.

Very clean. We loved the back yard with the games and fire pit. It allowed us to have a little fun with family right in the backyard after getting dinner. Sarah provided everything you needed in your bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. We were all happy with the layout of the house and the decor. Just beautiful. The beach was just a few blocks away and we loved being able to walk down and get some sun and sand between our toes. She communicated very quickly if I needed anything and took care of it ASAP! Just a wonderful host and I can't wait to be able to book with her again in the future. My children also said they would book if they ever came back to Jacksonville Beach. Thanks for everything Sarah!

A delightful experience from the start. The home is decorated superbly with all the amenities you could want. A short walk and you are on Jacksonville Beach. The house is laid out beautifully! Large back yard, private and perfect to relax in. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this gem st the beach.

We booked this property and upon arrival received a call regarding a family emergency. We were not able to stay in the unit. The manager was very gracious and refunded the cleaning fee. Which we thought was fantastic! The place is very clean, was exactly what we expected and we had great communication from manager. We look forward to book again in the near future.
