Flight arrived very early in the morning 4am and they were able to get us in our room so we had a safe place to rest for a few hours for a small early check in fee. Very much appreciated! We were just hiking they could let us drop off our luggage early but they got us in a room which was so much better

There was one of 3 elevators working and lines to get to into was took sometimes nearly 30 minutes. Only 2 luggage carts, so another very long wait. Would not go back.

This was a simple stay after flying in from the west coast. Check in was fast and easy with the friendly team and the room was clean and comfortable. My only wish as someone coming in from a different time zone would that food and drinks would be available later than the 9 PM closing time of the restaurant. But - the food and service there were surely better than average.

Very good, very convenient with 24/7 shuttle to airport; park and ride availability. Both staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you!!

I have stayed in a bunch of hotels but this by far had to be one of the best experiences ever! Whoever taught the customer service experience to this staff should be training staff around the country. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything that you needed and they did it with a smile. I would give 10 stars if I could!

The hotel is nice but the housekeeping staff was terrible. This hotel is close to the airport and most likely people just have a layover so can have a good rest. But the housekeepers( Spanish speaking, a man & a woman) talking on the phone so loud at the hallway and banging stuff. Open the door to tell them lower their voice,one roll their eyes and the other guy stared at me. Omg...thank goodness only 1 night. Check out rightaway.

We had a view of the airport which was so cool! Seeing the planes take off and land was really neat. The staff was friendly , the hotel was very pretty and updated as well. We will be back!

My husband and I planted a staycation. We enjoyed ourselves so many restaurant options near the hotel not to mention the outlet mall. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Tv didn’t work. Called for service. After 1 hour cancelled; we needed to bed. Thermostat - blower didn’t work. Only blew on high-noisy. Will never stay there again. Noisy kids in the hall during the overnight hours.

I asked for a room with a tub, and was told they only had walk in showers. We stayed at the same hotel 2 weeks prior and our room had a tub. Our room also had a foul stale smoke smell to it.

I asked to cancel my stay because it was accidentally booked. The lady I spoke with told me I’d have to pay for one night. After some back and forth I told her fine I’d pay but I need my money refunded and she assured me that it would be. Once agreed she took the ENTIRE amount and I never got to stay in a room. So essentially, I got robbed. Horrible and I promise I’m not letting it go.

My visit was excellent. My only complaint was that I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport.

Lovely property and location convenient to O’Hare. Room thermostat did not function, keeping the room too cool. Only 1 of 3 elevators was working. The team comp’d me the parking and breakfast, which was appreciated.

This will always be my number one place. Checking in was super fast and easy no hassle. My room was smaller than the previous few times but okay for a one night stay. The carpet needs cleaning though

Room was adjoining & we could hear everything next door. Description of rooms stated Soundproof which was a lie. Pillowcase & sheet showed they were dirty. I changed rooms only to go into another adjoining room. TV in there did NoT work. Was promised a water which I never received. Since I booked via Expedia nothing really could be done for me unless I wanted to keep going downstairs for a keypass to different rooms until there was a proper one for me. It was quite upsetting since it was already past evening time.

The room was Great!! The AC worked beautifully. I loved it!! Only complaint is that the Tissue box only had a few tissues. The box was empty before the night ended. But that's about it. I loved everything else. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our time.

It was a very nice room. I was coming here for my birthday and i was looking forward to this. Unfortunately, there were some issues in the room that i was not satisfied with. The tv and screen mirroring did not work. The bathroom wasn’t completely hygienic and the body wash was empty.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times. Really nice hotel and definitely recommend. This last time however, I had two incidents which were not convenient.
Firstly, the alarm had gone off in the middle of the night on its own. I hadn’t even touched the clock so I’m assuming someone had preset an alarm from before. I’m a pretty deep sleeper so I slept through it. I was woken up because security had came to my door to tell my the alarm was disturbing others around me.
Secondly, the TV wasn’t working at all. I tried calling the front desk but no one picked up.
