So close to Allstate Arena. Clean comfortable and quiet. Never heard a plane going over!
Bar tender was asking for cash only?? Pretty rough guy. Wouldn't give his name he said after the concert he couldn't take CC and wouldn't charge to our room? But when we got back he was taking CCs. Bizarre experience

Its proximity to the Arena, the peace and quiet, bed was comfortable.
Staff member was rather rude when I politely asked for help. Pool door wouldn’t let us in, told him thank you 3x and he didn’t even respond.

The way it looks. Breakfast was good. The gravy was very delicious.
My bedroom 505 was at 75* Fahrenheit when I called last night about 10:20pm. I waited long time for the front desk to pic up the phone and I was told the maintenance person was coming to my room. Nobody ever came and had to sleep under a very hot room. I took pics of the temperature if you wanted to see. Also, I was told that the pool was heated and was super cold and dirty with bunch of hairballs inside. The bartender was nice but that drink he gave me had barely alcohol and it was pretty much pinneaple juice.
