Coming from a budget motel in Indianapolis (went for the eclipse) and was so relieved to stay, even if just one night, at such a spotlessly clean facility. Location was convenient and staff super friendly.

We missed our flight at ORD so had to stay overnight. This hotel was reasonably priced and comfortable. It’s an older hotel but has been refurbished so the room was nice and the bed comfortable. They couldn’t find the shuttle driver for about 20 minutes the next morning, but thankfully we were plenty early enough for our flight. Breakfast was nothing to shout about, but at least you could get something to eat before heading out.

Check in was at 3pm, we showed up around 3:20pm and they told us we had to wait almost and didn’t get in our room till 4:25 pm. One person at the front desk didn’t do anything and just told me to wait on the other front desk person.

What really threw me off was that the front desk male staff member knocked and then proceeded to open my door when I had the Privacy Please sign hanging on the door. As a solo female traveler, this is unacceptable. What if I was in the shower. I, also, had to call from the airport 4 times before someone answered the phone to request the shuttle van to pick me up. I will say that the man in charge of the continental breakfast was nice, clean and accommodating. The hotel needs updated.

Don’t stay here. There was luke warm water for the shower that got colder after a couple of minutes. Found a dried up disposable contact on the toilet seat. And the sound proofing was so terrible we could hear the people above us stomping on their floor at 3 am. Should have stayed at home instead of there for our early morning flight.

We had flown up and they picked us up to go to the hotel. We had an issue with the tv was in Spanish and no Super Bowl channel, so management switched our room. Very comfortable bed, room was nice and bathroom was nice. We were walking distance to restaurants and other stores. I would stay again if we are ever up in the area.

Fine place to stay near the airport for a night or so. The lobby and hallways have a very dismal vibe. The shuttle to the airport was easy though

Bhavna at the front desk was terrific host. She made the stay feel comfortable after a gruelling 22 hour journey. She was also helpful in providing us information on the eateries around and also provided free drinking water. Kudos to BW. Highly recommend.

It was perfect for an unplanned overnight due to a cancelled flight. Had to get a very early start the next day, so was very appreciative of the 24/7 shuttle service back to ORD.

The hotel was clean and breakfast good just did not like the t.v. Service couldn’t get no good channel and after a long day just wanted to watch some tv and that didn’t happen.

Booked this place last minute so we could make an early flight without dealing with a snow storm. We would have been better off staying at the shady Baymont Inn where we parked the car. The staff could give a crap, the elevators don’t work, there is NO soundproofing, and the cherry on top was a very loud fistfight that broke out in the hallway by our room at 4am! It was bad enough that the cops had to get involved, and we didn’t get a wink of sleep. Save your money and your sanity and stay anywhere else!

Had a very late check in. 1am. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The main elevator was out of service, but was told of another of needed. Reminded me of a utility elevator. Not more then 2 and some luggage could fit.

Probably the best Best Western property I have ever been to. It's clean, new with amazing staff. I loved the idea of the flight information monitor. They lose a 1 star for tough communication by the lady at the desk during check in and the probably need to check the batteries on their door handles because the card kept needing reverificatiin.
