It was remodeled so at least the halls were brand new. Room bedding and room was clean, older appliances and condition, but fine. Annoying to have to call for silverware and dishes to be sent up.
I was told to call an outside company when the wifi stopped working and I was on the phone for over 40 min without a resolution.

Heater unit kept running cold called manager he came up turned it up to 90 degrees and told me it’s working don’t you smell it? Huh?? No 1 you shouldn’t have to turn it up to 90 to get it to work and number two no I shouldn’t be “smelling” the heating coils burning! It went warm for about 5 minutes then went back cold again anyway. I gave up.
