Every time I visit Chicago I try to stay in this hotel because the staff is super nice, rooms are big and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious

Great location, great value for your $$.
The rooms were comfortable and a/c was working very well. The breakfast, included in the price was really good! Very family friendly place . The beds were clean and very comfortable!
It could have been a little cleaner ( bathroom floor- night stands. ) the chargers by the bed were not working. There was no toilet paper in the room ( but was quickly fixed )
