Loved everything about our stay. pleasant staff who were very willing to help when checking in and checking out. Cleaning staff very pleasant and helpful when we had questions. Lighting in the bedroom was okay thought there should be and overhead light but it was not bad without.

We were attending a concert at Allstate Arena, and the location was great! Also, the shuttle to the airport to then get on the blue line was great!
Our room was pretty small and the cleanliness was not the best. There were stains on our bed and we found dirty socks when we pulled out the sleeper sofa. Also, one tiny trashcan in the entire place is not enough.

I liked they offered shuttles to O'Hare so we can take the train into the city.
The hotel was convenient to shops, restaurants, and the arena was behind us. We noticed there was a flea market that Sunday and my kids were interested in checking it out so we walked over.
The hotel seemed clean but definitely needed some maintenance.
We went to breakfast the first day and it was really picked over. I went to the front desk and let them know and she said she would let the hospitality staff know, which they promptly came but I could tell they were annoyed they had to fill some of the empty containers. The food was subpar.
The beds were uncomfortable, especially the pullout bed. My poor teens!
The tub wouldn't drain properly, the bathroom door dragged along the floor and the carpets desperately needed to be replaced.
Even though I liked that the hotel offered a shuttle, the driver got into a fender bender on our way back from the airport. It was the first and only time my kids were in an accident. No one was hurt thankfully! The driver did call for another driver to come pick everyone up.
