Locatie is fantastisch, kamer was ruim genoeg. Parkeren kan je overdekt doen. Vooral locatie, als je naar Chicago gaat, neem dan ook even de tijd om het gebied eromheen te ontdekken. Hele leuke andere opties zijn er binnen een uur rijden te vinden. Maar neem vooral het OV als je naar chicago centrum gaat. Met 1 dagkaart kan je al het ov in de stad gebruiken en het is echt super makkelijk!
Bedden zouden king size moeten zijn voor comfort. En ons gezin is gewend om allemaal een eigen laken ofzo te gebruiken. Geen van ons ligt stil genoeg om 1 lakente delen. Dus voor ons is dat een mini minpunt. Ik denk overigens dat als we de moeite hadden gedaan om een extra laken te vragen ze het ongetwijfeld hadden geregeld.

I couldn't have breakfast as I had to check out early.The location is very good as it's close to O'hare.
The shuttle to the airport should start much before 6 am.I had to take a cab at 5 am.

The hotel standards were very nice and met my expectations.
Unfortunatley, this was the second room i rentel on that night the first one was terrible and im waiting for booking. com to reimburse me for the other room

Staff was very friendly and the entire hotel smelled super clean from when I walked in the door. My room was very clean and spacious with the bed being super comfy. Would definitely recommend!
Parking was not included with the room rate and was $25 extra.

There was one woman there who was VERY rude and hung up the phone on my husband when all he did was call down to ask a question. I also called to ask about checkout time and she was rude to me as well. Sad considering it was a nice place and good location

Overpriced for horrible rooms with stiff beds, no room service even though the room phone says there is room service. No shuttle to the convention center. Thin walls to easily here adjacent rooms.

I want to specially thank Ms Sylwia Kuznia for being so helpful and solving an issue we had. If it wasn’t for her our stay at Hyatt Rosemont wouldn’t have been the same. it is nice to know there are still people that really do make your life easier.

The people were nice. The hotel is across from a casino, but it wasn't a rowdy group stying there.
I chose this hotel specifically because I had a flight arriving late into O'Hare airport, which is ten minutes away from this hotel The explanation of this hotel on booking.com says it has an airport shuttle service. I was counting on that. Then the hotel sent me a notice saying that the shuttle wouldn't be running after 9:00pm, so I wouldn't be able to use it. I called to verify. It was impossible to get through to customer service, took 5 tries. I finally got a person who told me that indeed the shuttle didn't run at 10:30 when I expected to be ready to go to the hotel. So I got a taxi. It cost $16.00 for a ten-minute ride with no traffic late on a Saturday night. Hotels that have shuttles with limited service should make potential guests aware of the limited times their shuttles run. In addition, the hotel charged me the entire amount of the one-night stay at the time of booking and called it a deposit.
Hyatt used to be a good brand, but I have shared this unpleasant experience with every frequent traveler I know - beware of misleading information on the booking.com website.

Didn't park. Room was comfortable and clean.
If only US hotels could work out that not everyone is from the USA. People in other countries drink tea, please can you actually provide proper tea without having to chase it down and milk, not the rubbish in environmentally unfriendly inadequate tiny plastic tubs.
Other than the tea it was everything we needed.

Probably a much better hotel than many of the fancier places in Rosemont. Great hotel team & teamwork.
Shuttle to/from O’ Hare can be much better. Or at least, offer the option of longer (later-running) Chicago CTA station pick-up.
