I'd like the cleanliness of the room and the housekeeping staff, Silvia was very nice and helpful answer questions about attractions around the area.
When I did my check in, the front desk guy didn't give me directions about breakfast time, not even explain me about the parking rules, another guy, started to explain me about that, by the way, he was very rude, and next day I had to asked him for tickets to enter at breakfast area and the same guy , with same rude attitude, unfortunately I can't give any name because nobody at front desk wear any batch with names or positions, by the way, the only one with nice attitude was the only lady associated to front desk.

The staff were accommodating but we experienced a few hiccups during the duration of our stay.
The hiccups, which range from rooms asked to be closed together at booking being on completely different floors at initial check-in. Staff promptly addressed the matter, finding a room on the same floor. Then, electricity in a one room not working, TV, lights… requiring a transfer to a new room.
