looking for a hotel close to la guardia, this hotel was perfect. clean and comfortable
nice restaurant and bar.
one desk clerk on duty, line up to check in because of cancelled flights was ridiculous. Finally another staff opened a till. staff needs better training on checking in speed.

I thought staff is great and kin to customer service.
Everyday there is room service which is nice, however, if I had been changing as an example, having room service knock and after minimal time open door, I thought was not pleasant.
