The room was clean and the staff were all friendly. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. 
We are a family of 3 and booked a King Suite specifically for the pullout couch. I realize that the mattresses on pullout couches aren’t known to be super comfortable, but the one in our room was terrible. The springs were visible through the fabric of the mattress and it felt like you were laying directly on the springs. There was also a sharp end of one of the coils sticking through the fabric that scratched two of us as we walked by. Our daughter ended up sleeping on the couch cushions. The other issue with the suite set up is that each room has double doors with large frosted glass panels. All of the hallway light shines directly into the sitting room with the pullout couch and there is no way to block the light. This was a huge bummer as the main reason I booked this hotel was because it appeared this setup would comfortably sleep the three of us.

More snacks options during 6::00-7:30pm the veggie went quick with no other choice but popcorn
