The property is very well located, with amazing views and plenty of space to comfortably accommodate all guests. The bathrooms are large, and the beds are spacious and comfortable. We also really appreciated the house rule of removing shoes before entering the property.
The access instructions were clear and easy to follow, and having Wi-Fi available made our stay even more convenient. The dining room was one of our favourite areas, with the best view in the house and a comfortable space to enjoy meals together. The adjoining balcony was also a lovely place to enjoy the surroundings.
The TV room was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day, especially in the comfortable black reclining chairs. Overall, the property offers plenty of space, comfort and some truly beautiful views, making it a great place for a family or group stay.
There are, however, a few things worth considering, particularly for families travelling with toddlers. The house has many decorations and items within easy reach of small children, including cabinets containing china. We found that we needed to move several things higher up, keep doors closed, and closely supervise our toddler at all times. The hallway was probably the safest area where he could move around more freely.
One of the rooms has a very high bed, and unfortunately the area underneath it was quite dirty. The room also had no curtains or heating, so we found it more suitable for enjoying the city view than for sleeping.
The kitchen could also benefit from some attention. The frying pans are quite worn and food sticks to them, making even something simple like scrambled eggs difficult to prepare. Some of the cabinets were not completely clean either, so we preferred to wash the dishes and cutlery before using them.
A few smaller improvements would also make the stay more comfortable. A bin in the main bedroom’s ensuite bathroom would be useful, and in one of the bedrooms only half of the electric blanket was working.
Finally, the access to the property involves very steep stairs. This is worth keeping in mind if travelling with elderly guests, people with limited mobility, or small children, as they need to be comfortable and physically able to manage the stairs safely.
Overall, the property has some excellent qualities, particularly its location, beautiful views and generous size, but a few maintenance, cleanliness and safety improvements would make it much more comfortable for families and larger groups.

So glad we found this place and wish we can stay longer. The house is full of character, the view is spectacular, the book collection is impressive and my child was so excited with her book findings. The rooms are so cozy and cute. Not to mention the little wallabies visits in the early morning and at night . Will stay longer next time!
If we have to be picky, it would be nice to have a bin in the ensuite bathroom too.
There are some stairs to walk up to the house if you are travelling with seniors or small babies in a pram.

Great house!
Left over washing in machine, commutation prior was poor. The house only has aircon/heaters in main room.
Under beds were dirty
