The location was very close to the main bridge in Venice! It was very easy to find and the communication with the owner was great, even during some adventurous times! The host was very gracious and I would highly recommend staying here. Nice that they had a washing machine in unit as well!

La ubicación es perfecta para desplazarse en todas partes!
Fuimos 4 adultos y fue bastante cómodo!
Es un apartamento antiguo pero con todas las comodidades necesarias!
Hay un mercado de frutas Justo alado que abre todos los días y las mañanas son un poco ruidosas, pero practico por si queréis comer fruta fresca!
Las sabanas recomendaría que se planchen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Venezia e la posizione è senza dubbio il suo punto di forza: eccezionale, a pochissimi passi dal Ponte di Rialto, nel cuore pulsante della città.
Tuttavia, la struttura lascia molto a desiderare. L’appartamento è vecchio e non sembra essere stato adeguatamente preparato per un’ospitalità turistica. L’aria condizionata è costituita da un unico apparecchio mobile, sufficiente a malapena per una stanza, ma assolutamente inadeguato per rinfrescare l’intero spazio.
La casa appare trascurata, con ragnatele al soffitto e del sporco datato un po’ ovunque:
oggetti personali, alcuni antichi, altri semplicemente vecchi, sono sparsi in giro, dando l’impressione di un appartamento affittato così com’è, senza una reale vocazione turistica.
Il confine tra vintage e altro è sottile... Basterebbe una bella ripulita e una sistemazione generale per rendere l’appartamento più accogliente e adatto agli ospiti.
Peccato, perché la posizione è davvero impareggiabile.
