Superb quiet location - ideal for a weekend (or longer) getaway.
The house was larger than expected - and clean throughout.
The Property is in a beautiful countryside location.
The Property is well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher and a very functional oven.
The beds are comfortable and are immaculately made on arrival. Which made for a good restful sleep.
The host kept us informed ahead of the travel of where to find the property. Took into account a comforting arrival by supplying milk and small provisions so we could have a hot drink after the journey. Which is always welcome.
A short journey into Hay on Wye which is well worth a visit if you are an avid reader "Book Town" lives up to its reputation. If you enjoy historic locations this is a town for you.
Overall highly recommended for a small family weekend away.
Not a reflection on the hosts or the stay - the property itself is located on a single track road. Several miles from the local shop.
Whilst this made for a peaceful location - the need for a car (own transport) is essential. Not an issue for us, but may effect some.

Lovely little place. Tucked away but only 10 mins from shops and 30 mins from main shops.
Being super critical back bedroom mattress. Apart from that lovely.
