The place is perfect! A long (and a little bit shallow) pool is a couple of minutes away; the beach is accessible through the Rotana grounds in 10-15 minutes of a pleasant walk.
Inside the unit everything is new and works perfectly.
Hassan, who manages this property, is very efficient and helpful - a real Omani.

Nice and responsive manager (Hasan). Responds quickly on WhatsApp and tries to make the experience better. Nice location, away from main city. For tourists, it's a good place to stay if you want to visit Wadi Darbat & Jabal Samahan.
Biggest downside was there wasn't clean towels etc to begin with. Although we were provided with bearable replacements later. Everything else was good. But general cleanliness could be improved upon
