Conveniently located, Sprouts grocery store is within walking distance (take bags provided at the property). The host has everything you could need in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. Loved being able to get some laundry done on our long trip. Private patio and entrance. Loved the off-street parking spot!
There is a desk chair and another metal chair but it would be nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in.

Cozy space, all the kitchen appliances we needed, a washer and dryer (which we didn’t need but might have), comfy bed and bedding, and a desk/chair for what little work we had to get done. Nice to have the sweet little private deck, too!
Not a big deal, but a shade umbrella on the deck would have helped with the direct sun mid-day. (It was hot and very sunny.)

Very close to my conference site and other amenities for getting groceries and food. Kitchenette was great. The black out curtains were a plus. The no cat policy helps with allergies, and the dog door is nice if I had brought my therapy dog with me. Off street parking and privacy fence helped me feel secure.
There is no table, just two chairs. Bathroom shower did not have grab bars. Extra pillow slips would have been nice. Patio/garden area needs sprucing up (although it was only March)

I struggled with how to rate this place. It is in a perfect location and the price was great. We could possibly stay here again for just that reason but it is a very weird space. Reminds me of our 70’s college days. It was clean BUT it was billed as an apartment and there is no real working kitchen. It is a tangled mess of plugs and I honestly was afraid of the electrical stuff going on in there. I went around and unplugged everything at night. I found a spider in the bowls in the cabinet. They had a nice little deck that we enjoyed our coffee.
See the above. Just my personal opinion but I would get rid of the kitchenette and just rent it as a bedroom.
