A townhouse Mar 2 is a welcoming and functional space, ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquillity, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.
The room is spacious and bright, harmoniously integrating the living and dining areas, with direct access to the external terrace, creating a fluid connection between the interior and exterior spaces of the house.
Inside there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with good natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. The house also has a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and a service bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy during your stay.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals in a practical way throughout the holidays.
On the exterior, the terrace invites you to enjoy the Algarve climate, with a pleasant seating area and a barbecue, perfect for moments of outdoor socialising. The property is part of a well-maintained complex, with two swimming pools, for adults and children, surrounded by gardens and with unobstructed views.
Located on Cerro da Águia, this townhouse is close to Albufeira Marina, Galé, beaches, restaurants, bars and beautiful landscapes typical of the region.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
There are some restrictions for group bookings.

However, it is possible to accept 2 more guests, who will be accommodated in additional beds

Townhouse Mar 2 was a fantastic base for our holiday. We enjoyed the spacious terrace, barbecue and access to the two pools. The location near the Marina, Galé and the beaches was also excellent for exploring the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed our time at Townhouse Mar 2. The living area was bright and welcoming, and the bedrooms were comfortable and peaceful. The outdoor terrace and barbecue were perfect for relaxing together after exploring the Algarve.

We had a lovely stay at Townhouse Mar 2. The property offered a peaceful setting while still being close to Albufeira Marina, beaches, restaurants and bars. The terrace and shared pool areas made it easy to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine.

Townhouse Mar 2 was a great choice for our family. We loved having access to two swimming pools, including one for children, and the gardens were lovely. The house was comfortable and the terrace was ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.
