I absolutely LOVE this property!!!! Let’s go ahead and put that out first! We will be back!
My ex-husband and I went with our 2 kids and it was plenty of space to be able to stay out of each other’s ways. We each had our own balconies, beds, and bathrooms. So this would also be perfect for 2 small families. The kitchen was equipped with just the right types of dishes for prepping small meals. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are fully functional with great water pressure and lighting. The towels are great quality. And for our 3 night stay we had plenty of complimentary items(toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc) The property grounds have lots of things to do. We already planned activities outside of the grounds, otherwise there would have been so much to do on site. We plan to come back specifically to enjoy them. The property is close enough to a store for all your last minute needs. Everything was perfect for us.
Now just a few critiques that I feel would bother others.
1. The dryer(laundry) did not dry our clothes. Maybe it needs a new heating element.
2. The oven doesn’t open completely.
3. There is a tinge on a smoke smell. We just used febreeze on the carpets and lit candles and we couldn’t even tell.
4. The remotes needed new batteries. We had some with us so we were ok.
5. Some outlets and lights don’t work in the living room.
6. We had to mop when we got there because the floors were sticky.

This was a lovely place to stay-- once we found it. The check-in process is very unclear, even after completing the requested online check-in ahead of time. The address listed in the listing isn't the actual location of the property itself, but the office, so plan to be several miles away from where you think you'll be. Communication was terrible overall. We also didn't understand that a 10:00 check-out time meant delivering the keys to the office before that time and completing a checklist of tasks first. The property itself was wonderful. Our kids loved the loft, the scenery was great, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we would absolutely go back again -- especially now that we know where it is and can skip the hour of confusion about how to get keys and find the property. If the owners offered better communication in advance and better service on the phone, this would have been the perfect stay.
