Katy made us feel like family. Beautiful back garden area with car parking. Modern clean kitchen. Bath or shower and hot water is actually hot. Good views. Great for hot air balloon watching. Easy to center city and grocery store 7 minutes walk. Fans provided for warmer days.
The Internet was sluggish a few times when downloading. Wired connections to TV are limited.

Great location, just a short bus ride from the centre. Three really good rooms with plenty of space for bags. Good mattresses and duvet/pillows. Ice already in the freezer, christmas decorations up, heating on. What's not to like? Really helpful directions provided. Great communication and book of instructions. We'd stay again.
Could do with a blind in the bathroom, but that's me being very picky. Dining room chairs were a bit wobbly.
