This house had plenty of room for our 11 member family reunion. We never ran out of hot water. It has young trees in the back yard that will give shade in the future. The host was easy to contact. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with items one might need.

The host is amazing. She is very responsive but also took the time to reach out to see if I had any needs. The house was very clean and welcoming. The check-in and check-out procedures were easily understood and communicated. I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to anyone staying in Idaho Falls. One of the best home rentals I have ever stayed in.

We had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this Vrbo property for anyone looking for a comfortable, stress‑free getaway. The communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish; every question was answered quickly, clearly, and with a friendly tone that made the whole process easy and reassuring. The check‑in details were shared well in advance and were simple to follow, which helped our trip start off smoothly. The home itself was very roomy, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. The layout worked great for our group, offering both open common areas to gather and quiet spots when someone needed a little downtime. The couch in the basement was a hit for all!Cleanliness was outstanding. The property was spotless when we arrived, from the kitchen and bathrooms to the living areas and bedrooms. It was obvious that a lot of care goes into maintaining the home, which made us feel comfortable the entire stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the space, like the well‑stocked kitchen, clear house information, and small touches that made it feel welcoming and homey. Those little extras showed that the owner truly cares about the guest experience and helped turn a good stay into a great one.

The home was more beautiful than the pictures illustrated. It was so warm and inviting. There was plenty of space for our family of ten. Sheri was so responsive as a host and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. We only wish we would have booked another day. We definitely will be coming back next year for our annual Bear World/Idaho trip.
