The property enjoys incredible views, wonderful and extremely helpful staff and a well positioned cafe.

The location is beautiful and very close to Kota Kinabalu Park. We enjoyed going for morning hikes to the park every day.
The little cafe was quite good; the cakes and pastries tasted fresh.
The room was clean, and the table on the balcony was a nice detail.
The restaurant has a lot of room for improvement. The menu is very short, and the prices are quite inflated for what you get.
The service is also quite bad. On the last morning is was only the 2 of us and a big table. (around 10 people) in the restaurant. We had to wait 1 hour for the big table to get their dishes, one by one...
The room has only a small window at the top of the balcony door, no curtain so at night all the light from the front of the hotel gets in all night. It makes the room very bright and there's nothing you can do.
The walls are also paper thin; we were lucky that the first 2 nights there wasn't anyone next door, but on the last night guests came in, and you could hear a pin drop, so annoying!
