The staff was great. The room was comfortable and it is such a relief when we can have our dog with us.

Staff and surroundings were nice. Room was nice.
Full sized fridge with kitchenette, but no utensils or anything for the use of said kitchen. No ice available, no answer when trying to call front desk in the morning before or after 8. No coffee maker in room. No tissues, no paper towels. Lock issues on some room doors, have to be let in. Apparently been an issue for weeks.

There was no breakfast. The coffee machine was even out of order.
You can hear your neighboring rooms. Wall insulation was like nothing.
The bed (coil) was so loud. You can hear your every move. Plus, your neighbors.
The front desk closes. Never seen a hotel does that.
