The cleaning fee does not cover extraordinary messes, spills, or damage. Bedding, which includes sheets, blankets, and pillows, is extra. The unit will be provided with a full fuel tank, and gas will be charged at $5.00 per gallon upon refilling. The unit is fully equipped with cookware, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies. We also provide basic cleaning wipes, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, and plastic disposable utensils.
