The staff and people around - regulars
Parking situation, but I was lucky due to the friendly stuff pointing out a hidden gem I wouldn't have found otherwise - free parking all day/night

Really good location, fair price, and reasonable facilities.
This was my second stay at Blues Point prior to the Sydney marathon. I would have liked to get to sleep earlier, but there was live music below. Thankfully, the live music ended at 10PM, so it wasn't all bad.

"The Spanish guy who helped me during check-in was very kind and informative, which made the arrival very easy. I also really liked the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness of the place."
