Great location, near public transport such as buses and ferries. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. Even the shared bathroom was kept nice and clean with privacy cubicles for three shared showers and toilets on the floor we were placed. There are lovely cafe Thelma and Louises for breakfast and Mum and Dad's restaurant down the street. There is also a lovely hidden beach near the wharf called Hayes Beach that looked nice to visit.
There are limited parking spaces so once parked we didn't use the car until leaving. The streets surrounding the area have permit hours and time limited parking spaces throughout the weekdays and weekends. Overall, we liked the value for money and proximity to the city.

Would have liked an armchair and small coffee table. Was awkward sitting on bed to have a cup of tea and boil kettle on the floor. Did not want to sit up on bed the whole time watching tv before turning in.

The check in lady was friendly and professional, nice and clean place. Clean beds and bathroom and kitchen good. It was nice coming back to clean towels and made beds at the end of a buzy day exploring Sydney.
The lamp, fridge and tv were povvo. They made the room feel very very cheap. The bright lights in the common hallway was unnecessarily bright at night. Perhaps upgrade lamps and tv in rooms. The tv was so cheap and povvo that we couldnt even watch it.
