Handy to ferry, quiet room, comfy bed. Good wifi, good price, nice bathroom facilities. Handy bar fridge.
The safe is not in a good position in room 9. It sticks out from the wall above the bar fridge and below the tv. I knocked my head twice on it leaning down to get something out of the fridge and to connect my iPad to the power points. I think it is very dangerous. Also the room needs a chair to sit on. Anyone staying for a few days has to sit on the bed all the time. There should be a bench above the bar fridge across towards the window so the safe can sit on that and rest of bench used as a desk with a chair added as so many people staying use iPads and laptops so need somewhere flat for them to be put on.

Great location , just up the hill from Neutral Bay ferry stop. Clean, tidy room with fan, dehumidifier and heater. In Winter, this was more than adequate for our needs. Parking spot was a bonus.
Our room was hidden on the Lower ground floor behind a sliding door that led to a shared shower room, off the communal kitchen. A little odd, but actually, it was quiet enough, off season..

I was not fully aware of the shared toilet and bathroom before booking. I wouldn’t have booked otherwise.
I didn’t like the shared toilet and bathroom. A safe thst wasn’t functional was also disappointing.
