About this house rental
This charming early 1900s home has been completely renovated with love and care to preserve its original character. The chef's kitchen features a Wolf Dual Fuel Range with a 24" griddle, a 1200 CFM vent hood, dual dishwashers, filtered hot and cold water taps, and gorgeous custom walnut cabinets, all centered around a large island. The main bedroom bath is a true retreat, with radiant floor heating, a steam shower, dual shower heads, and a rain shower head. Outside, enjoy the front patio's gas fire pit or fire up the Weber Summit grill on the rear patio.

This is a roomy, beautiful home in a great location, close to many Denver happenings. The host was very quick and helpful with all of our concerns, which I haven't normally had to deal with in rentals. I appreciated with each next thing, they never once hesitated to be kind, fast, and helpful. We loved the big kitchen, multiple rooms with extra bathrooms, and the amazing children's playroom which was a great hit for our family with several small children. This is def a fantastic home in many ways!Two things worth mentioning if these matter to you, 1. I would like to offer for those who are sensitive to heat, even with the air running set to 70 degrees, it sat between 75-77 degrees on the main floor. For some that is too uncomfortable. After a couple of days, when we reached out to them, they told us there was a portable air conditioner in the basement...but it was incredibly heavy and we could not get it up the stairs to where it was needed.2. Our trip was in June; The yard was overgrown, fall leaves still everywhere (the only house like that on the street), and both the front deck and back patio were covered with dust and broken twigs... I had told them we were planning a small garden bridal shower. It looked pretty bad, like the first spring seasonal cleaning had not yet been done and the pads for the metal frame chairs not brought out either. However, to their credit, they had a gardener come the next morning and made it look presentable, which I appreciated so much!

Location was great four our group of 5. Nice amenities, walkable neighborhood, 20 minutes from Larimer Square. We lived the big kitchen and that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and appliances. Was clean and comfortable

Rating Details:
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When we arrived in town, we asked the rental company if we could check in early because someone in our group had a migraine. They said no because the property needed to be cleaned. An hour before check in, we asked again. We were told that there was a cleaning crew on site and that we could not enter. After an hour, our check in time arrived and no one had left the house - there was no one cleaning. WE would have been understanding if it was being cleaned, but it seemed we were told no just because and there was no consideration for our sick friend. The house itself was not very clean - there were a lot of bugs, which we vacuumed up. We continued to remove bugs all weekend. We could not use the outdoor furniture because it was filthy - cushions should be cleaned or replaced and the back table should be cleaned. Based on lack of courtesy and cleanliness, I would not rent this property again.
