We loved all the space and the fact that there were so many bathrooms! Carpeting in the basement was wet and we weren't sure whether it was because of flooding issues or because the carpet had just been shampooed, but other than that, everything was good. Lots of big windows made it bright and airy.

Check in was hard as the key code was incorrectly given to us. Couldn't get front door to work, so had to only use the back door the entire trip. The house was nice and clean, but had the bare minimum. No dishwasher, no toaster, the paper towels ran out with no extras, and there was only one spare blanket in the house. House was also very cold upon arrival as the heat was not on/up. Overall, it was fine. It wasn't horrible, but it also wasn't great. It was just mid.

When we arrived it was pouring down rain not the owners fault but a mention that it was on a one way street, please park in the back off the alley would have been SO helpful! My adult granddaughter went to both doors used the code we were given and that did not work. She’s drenched. Called the 800 number to tell of the problem, response “oh yeah there was an outage we had to give a new code, we should have let you know” The property listing should make it clear that the bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs - nothing on the main level. This is problematic for someone who is older with mobility issues. There are 2 full bathrooms one downstairs by the one bedroom and one upstairs with the 3 bedrooms. The bathroom on the main floor is a half bath with a stool and sink. There were 4 rolls of tp supplied for 4 adults for a 4 night stay. No dishwasher and no dish soap provided. There was mold downstairs where my granddaughter slept and because there was no railing I could personally not go down and check it out but someone else had commented on this problem. There are only four chairs in the dining room and no folding chairs or anything that would work to sit at the table — again sleeps 8 but seats 4! The refrigerator does not close tightly on its own you must physically make sure that the seals meet and shut every time you go in the fridge or freezer. It is an older quaint house with interesting spaces in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to Duluth.

Due to poor mainting of house the basement bedroom flood ith my daughter and husband in it. Could have been electricuted the fan on floor was in 6 inches of water! Everything they brouhht was under water. Might hsve lost a tablet. Poor 4 tripping hazards in the house. Messaging with ownrr no urgency. Looking for a full refund.

This clean, large house allowed for all of us to spread out and have our own space. The backyard was great for our dogs and we appreciated the off street parking. The front door lock would not unlock for us but we ended up only using the back door so it was not an issue. It does give off some “frat house” vibes with the lack of decorating and older finishings. We were there when it was very warm and two of the bedrooms do not have air so it was sticky and uncomfortable. We did not know there was no central air so that should be posted in the ad.

Nice property for the cost. Staying away from Duluth but being minutes away. Great deck outside for evening cocktails. Nice neighbors. There is no central AC. Upstairs had 2 window ACs that worked well. Basement did get a little warm and stuffy.

One bedroom is in the basement and doesn’t have A/c. Neither does one room upstairs. It worked out as it wasn’t too hot (70’s) when we stayed but could be really warm if you’d stay during warmer temps. Nest camera on the patio outside so if you hang out there, you’re being watched/listened to. Those were the major downfalls, everything else was fine. Oh, and bring some coffee grounds, that’s not provided.

We found the home to be spacious, beautiful and comfortable. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us and our little furry family member. It was great that our dog was welcome, the additional fee was affordable. It was great to have him close by when we did things he could not be included in. Superior and Duluth have so many beautiful opportunities to get out and hike and explore with a dog, but not all restaurants allow animals, so it was great to have a safe place for him to stay when he wasn't allowed to be with us. The property could use some outdoor furniture to make the yard more useable, but we loved the back yard parking. Very quiet location. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental property was a great fit for our crew as we were located near plenty of shopping, dining, and breweries. The Superior Duluth area also provides plenty of options for physical activities, hiking, biking, walking, disc golf, etc. Great location for adventuring around Duluth and Superior

The place was 1/2 block from the main street it was a small friendly town. The place was great we were family and friends that came from out of state for a college graduation. So we all were women and needed places to get cleaned up. The 2 and a half bathrooms really helped with that. We really appreciated that there were bags of ice in the fridge and some can goods and a few things to eat when we first got there. There is plenty of parking a nice barabque area in back and a mexican fast food place litterly in your back yard. Being so close to town is was remarkably very quite and peacefull we felt very safe even to let your children play outside in the yard which had bunnies running around. Everything you would need was provided. The number we were giving didn't open the door, but that was easily rectified with one simple phone call and that was after midnight. We were treated respecfully and encourage to call back if we had any other problems. Which we didn't I would definitely stay there again in fact we are using Home to go to find us a place to stay in Florida in the next couple of weeks.

Good, our only complaint would be you could use a larger TV in the living room. It was hard to watch the playoff hockey games on a smaller screen. We liked all the space!
