Guest must comply with the Noise Law of the Town of South Bristol as set forth in chapter 113 of the code of the Town of South Bristol. Fires are permitted only if there is a designated fire pit and must be attended. All fires and fireplaces must be attended Children ages 2 and under are included in the maximum occupancy per Town regulations. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. Homes are not handicap accessible unless stated in description. Where pets are allowed it is indicated, otherwise pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen free, even those that do not allow pets. Outdoor amenities including watercrafts/ furniture/fire pits are not allowed between October 15th - May 15th Per Condo Association for safety of residents and other guests. Before you leave a few requests. 1. Turn breaker off to water heater labeled in kitchen breaker box 2. Turn off water supply to water heater by turn knob 1/4 turn so it’s perpendicular to pipe 3. Turn off water supply to 2 of three bathrooms located under sink. 3rd bathroom is supplied by other bathroom being turned off. Naples, south of the lake is a quaint area with smaller restaurants, breweries, etc. Our favorites are Roots Cafe for food, Engine 14 for beer, and Hollerhorn Distillery for craft beverages and music (they are receiving from a fire and may or may not have food yet). Grimes Glenn in Naples is also a great easy hike along some small waterfalls. Canandaigua is at the north of the lake and has more shops and places to wander. Our favorite place to eat is for sure the Lake house. It has two restaurants... Rose Tavern and the Sandbar. Both are incredible. We also love New York Kitchen, Nolan's, Rheinblick. The closet place to the condo is Brews & Brats. Food and service is usually mediocre.... but they have live music, and a unique vibe.
