The attention to detail in the pods is amazing. We entered our pod read our welcome packs and were amazed that once we said 'enter the reef' the blinds came down, mood lighting came on and music which matched the theme of our log cabin. they even had complimentary jelly shark sweeties (lovely touch). All of the food utensils and cooking equipment are the best of the best good cutting knives etc. They also had a great selection of books, art work and cracking games to play whilst waiting on your hot tub heating up. The hot tub takes about 2 hours to heat up and is fuss free. We ran out of logs in the afternoon and someone was quickly round with plenty more to keep us going. The boys who run this establishment are lovely. On the morning of our departure the ferry was facing potential cancellations I received a text from the owners to let me know about this and assure me I could stay put in the event this happened till the ferry's were returned. Overall really kind gesture!
