Perfect location for walking. Delicious food slightly more expensive but a lovely fresh choice. Our room had a nice aspect and was roomy. The shower was great. Staff were all lovely and very accommodating.
The fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to work and condensation was quite high after a shower.
We could not get the TV to work, although quite nice to have a rest from it!

The service was excellent in all respects. Friendly and efficient, welcoming and responsive to requests. We greatly enjoyed the breakfasts. Best of all was the room itself - well-equipped, comfortable and exceptionally spacious.
The Crab and Lobster has a reputation for fine dining and no doubt deserves is. For our tastes, the menu was a little too out of the ordinary - trying to hard to be different - and it was expensive. Having said that, we did have one excellent meal there. We cannot recommend the non-alcoholic wine with which we experimented but that's not a problem unique to this hotel.

Lovely, really helpful staff. Excellent food (lunch outside under cover), very good breakfast. Rooms very comfortable with all the ingredients you would wish for. Honestly cannot find fault.
