spacey apartment, close to Town Beach and the CBD. Facilities were satisfactory but we ate out most nights. We needed location at a good price not facilities.

A few unnecessary pieces of furniture could be removed- less to vacuum around!!

View is incredible and location is easy walking to shops, restaurants, the beach etc. Good amenities in kitchen.
Generally quiet building.
Parking is crazily tight in a fully enclosed garage. I opted for street parking more often. Should be told in ad that sheets etc need to be rented ot brought with you.

The location was convenient and easy access to the beach and CBD.
The place was very dated. The first thing that affected us was the putrid smell as we opened the door.
The kitchen sink tap was broken and nearly impossible to use. There was water damage under the sink.
The exhaust fan switch for the bathroom was the light switch in the toilet and did a poor job of venting the bathroom when on.The paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling in places and it looked like mold starting to grow.We had to open the window every night to air the bathroom.
Cream carpet freaked me out with kids. Floor to ceiling mirrors in bedrooms also freaked me out with kids.
The beds were like sleeping on concrete.
Stair access only on second story so not good for people with mobility issues.
Low clearance secure parking underneath not suitable for high vehicles.
Directly across the road from a school.
