I can’t say enough positive things about this property. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, was traditionally Japanese but with enough western influence to make a westerner very comfortable. The cherry on the cake was the private onsen tub in each room. I personally used this daily and found it very relaxing. If you choose to eat in the restaurant be prepared for some of the best food and service you will find in Japan. The quality of the menu was outstanding.

The location was great.
The rooms are large but there’s no where to put your luggage. We had to open our bags in the lounge area of the room and trip over them when moving around.

Very attentive staff. Amazing traditional Japanese ambience.
The restaurant closes relatively early.
