La posizione, la grandezza dell'appartamento e il garage
La biancheria da bagno faceva un brutto odore di umido già dal primo utilizzo, deve essere cambiata e possibilmente bianca, non scura. C'erano poche padelle per cucinare per 4 persone, al contrario l'unica moka per il caffè era enorme (da 12) e costringe a sprecare tanto caffè. L'aria condizionata era solo in sala, quindi inutile per la camera più lontana. In generale il livello di pulizia deve essere migliorato. Con questi pochi e semplici aggiustamenti, sarebbe un appartamento ottimo.

The host was very quick on replying to all the inquiries. The place was very clean and I can say was a beautiful place with a parking space, good advantage. And on top the host left the A/C ON for us to have a good temp inside when we arrived, a very nice gesture. We recommend it.
